📦 Returns

Heavy Is The Thread LLC accepts returns within 7 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Item must be in the same condition you received it

  • Original tags must be attached (if applicable)

  • Item must be free of odors, stains, deodorant marks, and pet hair

  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required

❌ Items NOT eligible for return:

  • Worn or washed items

  • Custom or personalized merchandise

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Digital products

  • Gift cards


💵 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, Heavy Is The Thread LLC will notify you by email.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds typically take 3–7 business days depending on your bank

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a returned item does not meet return conditions, it will be shipped back to you.

  • Damaged, defective, or misprinted items
