Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy – Heavy Is The Thread LLC

Heavy Is The Thread LLC offers select products through different purchase options, including standard purchases, pre-orders, and limited or “coming soon” releases. This policy explains how cancellations apply to each option.

🛒 Standard Purchases

Orders for in-stock items may be eligible for cancellation only if the order has not yet entered production or shipping.

Once an order has entered production or has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

⏳ Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are final sale unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Because pre-order items are produced specifically for each order:

  • Cancellations are not guaranteed

  • Refunds are not issued once production has begun

  • Estimated shipping dates are provided but not guaranteed

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept potential production or shipping delays.

🚨 Limited Releases & “Coming Soon” Items

Limited-quantity and “coming soon” items are often produced in small batches or on demand.

For these items:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed

  • Changes to size, color, or design are not permitted

  • All sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged or defective

💳 Payment Authorization & Processing

By completing your purchase, you authorize Heavy Is The Thread LLC to charge your selected payment method at checkout.

For pre-orders and limited releases:

  • Payment is collected at the time of purchase

  • Orders will be fulfilled once production is complete

❌ Order Changes

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes to:

  • Shipping address

  • Product selection

  • Size or color

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

We will work with you to provide a replacement or resolution when applicable.

Heavy Is The Thread LLC reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting.
